Meet Dr. Lauren Ehardt
Dr. Lauren Ehardt Neral completed her undergraduate studies, dental school, and 3-year orthodontic residency at the University of Michigan. She previously served as clinical director for a clear aligner company on the West Coast before returning home to Metro Detroit. She has extensive experience treating simple and complex orthodontic cases with both Invisalign and braces, and her research has been featured on the cover of the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
Dr. Lauren created Troy Orthodontics to provide a higher level of orthodontic care with an emphasis on comfort and technology to optimize treatment for children and adults. Her focus on cosmetic smile aesthetics and ideal bite function is evident in her treatment results.

Beyond orthodontics, Dr. Lauren is passionate about staying active and spending time outdoors. Dr. Lauren and her husband met in college and have two young children with lots of energy! You’ll find her around town spending time with friends and family, at the playground, lake, or on a long walk or run.
